Access to Recordings

  • Students receive 1 year of access to recorded sessions.

  • Recordings are for personal learning use only and must not be shared with others.

Practice Sessions at Academy Premises

We encourage practice as the bridge between learning and mastery. To maintain fairness, we follow these rules:

  • Practice Timings: Available from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (up to 3 hours daily).

  • Extended Practice: Requests for additional time must be made at least 1 day in advance.

  • Post-Course Access: Students can use practice facilities for 1 additional month after course completion.

Doubt Clearing Support

  • Students may request doubt-clearing sessions within 6 months of joining.

  • Advance intimation is required so a trainer can be scheduled.

General Academy Guidelines

  • Food or lunch is not allowed inside the premises.

  • Outsiders (friends, relatives, or colleagues) are not permitted without prior notice.

  • Students must maintain discipline, respect systems, and use resources responsibly.

Clarification on Job Guarantee & Misrepresentation

At Data Analyst Academy, we maintain a policy of honesty:

🚫 No job guarantee (written or verbal) is provided.
🚫 Any casual assurance or verbal statement made outside of official email will not be considered valid.
✅ Only official communication from contact@dataanalystacademy.in should be trusted.

If you come across any false claims of job guarantees, please report immediately to us.

Student Responsibilities

Your success depends on joint effort. As a student, you are expected to:

  • Attend classes regularly.

  • Revise topics using recordings.

  • Make the best use of practice sessions.

  • Actively participate in mock interviews and apply feedback.

  • Apply for jobs, internships, and freelance opportunities consistently.

Why We Don’t Offer Job Guarantees

Many institutes use “100% job guarantee” as a marketing gimmick. But in reality:

  • Hiring depends on skills, performance, and attitude.

  • Guarantee schemes create false expectations and lead to disappointment.

Refund Policy

  • If you’re unhappy with the course, you may request a 100% refund within 2 days of joining.

  • Refunds are processed only if a written request is emailed to contact@dataanalystacademy.in within this timeframe.

  • After 2 days, no refund requests will be accepted.

This ensures fairness for both students and our team, as resources and trainer allocations begin from day one.
